Health Insurance – The health insurance plan includes medical and prescription drug coverage for you and/or your dependents. Current coverage is through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Dental Insurance - The dental insurance plan provides 100% payment coverage for preventive care and other dental care at various levels of coverage. Current coverage is through Guardian.

Vision Insurance – The vision insurance provides coverage for exams, lenses and frames, two coverage options available. Coverage is through NVA.

Life Insurance – Life insurance coverage of $50,000, is provided by Lee Food Service at no cost to you through Guardian.

Supplemental Life Insurance – Supplemental insurance and STD (Short Term Disability) through the American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus (AFLAC).

Flexible Spending Accounts – These accounts are available for dependent care (daycare) expenses and for health care expenses that are not paid by an insurance plan. These accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for the above expenses. Plan managed by North Coast Administrators providing a debit card for your medical payments.

401(k) Plan / Retirement Plan – The Company matches 50% of the first 4% that you contribute to the 401(k) Plan.  Plan managed through Lincoln Financial Group.
